PROJECT: Community Gain
Welcome to the community songwriting site from Control Mouse Music.
The concept is simple. We will write songs together.
Here's how it works.
- Generally, I will start the process by posting a fragment of a song, or at least an idea for where to begin. Most often, these will be lyrics only, though sometimes I expect to have some music in mind too.
- Pick one of the "songs" in the menu at the left.
- Click "Easy Edit," and make any changes that you want. Save your changes.
- If we write a successful song, then I will record it and post it to MySpace. Fame awaits.
There are two ways to edit and, thereby, two ways to credit*:
- Uncredited. For anonymous editing. Don't sign in, and your contributions will remain anonymous.
- Get the credit you deserve. If you create an account and log in, everyone will see what you've added to the project! You can also append notes at the bottom.

If we get enough people participating, this could be really interesting. Or not. Let's hear what happens!
